Service Terms and Conditions

By placing a reservation with ALHILALI Car Services you acknowledge and expressly agree to the following policies:

Airport Arrival Transfer Wait Time
ALHILALI Car Services provides up to 45 minutes of free wait time on each Airport Arrival Transfer for you to deplane and pick-up your luggage. If you do not meet your chauffeur or call him within 45 minutes of your plane landing, we will consider you a “no-show” and you will be charged in full for the reservation.

Update of Airport Transfer Arrival Times
You are responsible at all times for providing the correct information required to make your reservation and carry it out. This means providing the correct name, e-mail address and mobile telephone number for the (lead) passenger as well as the correct pick the mobile phone turned on, in order to be contacted by the driver. If the phone is off or not reachable, the driver is allowed to leave the airport within 45 minutes after the pick up time. In this case there is no refund.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations are fully refundable up until 24 hours prior to the local time of service. ‘No-show’ bookings will be charged the full cost of the transfer.

Change Policy
ALHILALI Car Services requires that all changes be received by phone at least 4 hours prior to pickup. If a change cannot be accommodated and results in a cancellation you will be charged full fare.

Lost or Damaged Items 
ALHILALI Car Services is not responsible for items that are left in the vehicle, lost or damaged. ALHILALI Car Services reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning lost items if found.

No-Show Policy
On all reservations you will be considered a no-show at 45 minutes past your scheduled pick-up time. If you have not met your driver, you will be charged in full for the reservation. To avoid being charged as a no-show, do not leave your location without contacting ALHILALI Car Services by phone.

Payment Methods
ALHILALI Car Services accepts cash payments and bank transfers.

Surcharges
All out of pocket charges, including parking, airport fees and luggage carts will be billed to the client.

Uncontrollable Acts, Acts of God and/or Acts of Mother Nature
ALHILALI Car Services is not responsible for acts of God, acts of Mother Nature and or circumstances that are beyond our control including, but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays, weather delays, or road closures.
