By making a reservation with ALHILALI Car Services, you acknowledge and expressly agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Airport Arrival Transfer Wait Time

ALHILALI Car Services provides up to 45 minutes of free waiting time for airport arrival transfers to allow you to deplane and collect your luggage. If you do not meet your chauffeur or contact them within 45 minutes of your flight landing, your reservation will be classified as a ‘no-show’, and you will be charged the full fare.

2. Airport Transfer Arrival Time Updates

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information when booking, including your name, email address, and mobile phone number for the lead passenger.
  • The lead passenger’s mobile phone must remain switched on and reachable to ensure contact with the chauffeur.
  • If the phone is off or unreachable, the driver is authorised to leave the airport 45 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time, and no refunds will be issued in this case.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Reservations can be cancelled and refunded in full up to 24 hours before the scheduled local time of service.
  • Bookings classified as ‘no-shows’ will incur the full transfer cost with no refunds.

4. Change Policy

  • All changes to bookings must be requested via phone at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
  • If a requested change cannot be accommodated and results in a cancellation, the full fare will be charged.

5. Lost or Damaged Items

ALHILALI Car Services is not liable for any personal items left behind, lost, or damaged during your journey. A delivery fee may be applied for returning lost items if found.

6. No-Show Policy

A reservation will be classified as a ‘no-show’ if:

  • You fail to meet your driver within 45 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time.
  • You leave your location without informing ALHILALI Car Services.
    In such cases, you will be charged the full fare for the reservation.

7. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Bank Transfers

8. Surcharges

Additional charges, such as parking fees, airport fees, and luggage cart fees, will be billed to the client separately.

9. Uncontrollable Events (Acts of God)

ALHILALI Car Services is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Traffic congestion
  • Road closures or accidents
  • Flight delays
  • Adverse weather conditions
